Fabricator/Welder: $17 – 30/hr
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking an experienced full time Fabricator/Welder for immediate hire. This is an in shop position and the hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm. Wage is commensurate with experience. Full benefits, including health insurance and 401k, are offered. Candidates must be able to do Welding/Fitting/Fabricating of Ornamental and/or Architectural metals – typical items to fabricate include railings, stairs, gates, fence and miscellaneous metals.

Field Operations Leader: $53,000/year
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking an experienced full time Field Operations Leader. Full benefits, including health insurance and 401k, are offered. This position is responsible for providing overall supervision of Lead Fence Installers in all aspects of their duties. Ensures Leads properly supervise their crews moving supplies, transporting supplies and equipment, and raising fencing structures; assures they are supplied with proper tools and materials and using them appropriately and effectively.

Shop Production Specialist: $16.00/hr
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking an experienced full-time Shop Production Specialist. Typical work week is Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30 pm with occasional overtime as needed. Work consists of picking fence orders, operating CNC routers to fabricate vinyl fence, light carpentry, heavy lifting, and forklift driving. Full benefits are provided including health insurance and 401k.

Fence Installer: $16.00/hr
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking full-time fence installers for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Thursday from 6:45am to 5:00pm, and Friday from 6:45am to 12:00pm. Work consists of building all types of fence for residential and commercial projects; including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link. All tools and training will be provided. Full benefits including health insurance and 401k are offered.

Construction/Fence Estimator: $60,000 – $75,000/year
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking full-time Construction/Fence Estimator and Project Manager for immediate hire. Work consists of estimating and management of commercial projects (Tennis Courts, High Security Fences, Sport Field Backstops, etc.). Candidates must have 2-3 years of estimating experience in commercial and public works construction – preferably in the fencing and/or guardrail industry (or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience).
